Flexible Modular Fueling Solution for Evolving Sites

Our Compact Optimized Refueling Equipment (C.O.R.E.) Modular Fueling Solution is engineered for sites requiring adaptable fuel storage and multi-point dispensing that can expand, reconfigure, or relocate as operational demands change. The system integrates a universal skid with compact storage tanks, modular dispensing units, and built-in monitoring to create a scalable, installation-ready fueling platform.

Designed for phased growth and asset reuse, C.O.R.E. allows operators to configure a single fueling location, increase capacity as projects progress, or redeploy components without redesigning the entire layout. The universal skid accommodates tank capacities from 500-gallon to 12,000-gallon, supports repositionable Strong Box dispensing points, and incorporates OSHA-compliant stairs and walkways for safe access. Detachable tanks enable multi-fuel configurations, while integrated conduit and junction boxes streamline power and monitoring connections.

This modular approach reduces installation time, enhances site flexibility, and supports long-term operational efficiency across demanding fueling environments.

Key C.O.R.E. Features

Modular Skid

The modular skid is the foundation of the C.O.R.E. system and provides the flexibility that sets us apart. Connection points are arranged so tanks, Strong Boxes, and stair assemblies can be added, removed, or repositioned as fueling needs to evolve. Customers can begin with a base configuration and expand capacity or fueling positions at any time without site reconstruction.

Fuel Storage Tank Options

C.O.R.E. supports a range of smaller fuel storage tanks sized from 500 gallons to 12,000 gallons which allow operators to store diesel, gasoline, oil, grease, or DEF within a single modular footprint. Detachable tanks enable multi-fuel service, asset reuse, and easy relocation to new jobsites or future projects.

Strong Box Fueling Modules

Strong Box modules provide compact, weather protected fueling points that bolt directly onto the modular skid. Customers choose how many fueling points are needed, and we install the modules for a clean and integrated layout. The enclosures shield pumps, meters, valves, and controls which increase equipment life and reduce maintenance.

Integrated Monitoring and Electrical

We install customer supplied monitoring equipment with wiring routed through conduit and contained within a classified junction box. This setup simplifies the power connection process once the system arrives onsite and improves service access for future maintenance.

Stair and Walkway Assembly

OSHA standard stairs and elevated walkways provide safe tank top access so crews can complete inspections, verify levels, and service equipment confidently. The platform includes two egress points and harness tie off locations which keep safety at the forefront of high traffic fueling environments.
