Heated Vessels
Engineered for Stable Temperature Control and Field Reliability
We design and manufacture heated pressure vessels and indirect fired systems for oil and gas production and processing environments where controlled heat is critical to operational efficiency and safety. These systems support upstream and midstream operations by maintaining consistent temperatures for effective phase separation, hydrate mitigation, and fluid stabilization.
With ASME certified fabrication, advanced thermal design, and integrated safety controls, each vessel is engineered to perform under variable field conditions. Our custom heater systems help reduce downtime, improve separation performance, and support uninterrupted production across demanding applications.
From thermal sizing and pressure design to burner management, controls integration, coatings, and final assembly, our in-house engineering and manufacturing teams ensure every system is optimized for long-term durability and dependable operation.

Our heateD vessel offerings
Heater Treaters
Engineered for crude oil dehydration and emulsion breaking, our heater treaters provide consistent heat distribution and extended retention time to reduce basic sediment and water, improve fluid quality, and support reliable oil production.
Heated Separators
Designed to enhance gas-liquid and oil-water separation, heated separators apply controlled heat to improve throughput, stabilize heavy or emulsified crudes, and support operations in cold climates or high-viscosity applications.
Indirect Line Heaters
Indirect-fired water bath line heaters are used to maintain temperature upstream of pressure drops, prevent hydrate formation, reduce freezing at valves and chokes, and protect downstream equipment from thermal shock.
