Precision-Built for Multi-Phase Flow Control and Vapor Management

We design and fabricate ASME-certified separation equipment that enhances production efficiency, protects downstream systems, and supports reliable process performance. Our separators remove gas, oil, water, solids, and vapor from complex streams across oil and gas production, industrial processing, refrigeration systems, renewable energy facilities, and water treatment operations.

Constructed with Pressure Vessel Quality (PVQ) steel, performance-driven internals, and application specific coatings, each unit is tailored to site conditions, operating pressures, and flow requirements. From two-phase separators to high-capacity slug catchers and vapor recovery towers, our equipment is built to perform in high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive environments.

our separation equipment offerings

Two-Phase Separators

Offered in both horizontal and vertical configurations, these separators are designed to split gas from mixed liquid streams in upstream production and midstream gathering systems. Ideal for well pads, central facilities, compressor stations, and vapor-controlled tank batteries.

Three-Phase Separators

Offered in both horizontal and vertical configurations, these separators are engineered to separate gas, oil/condensate, and produced water with consistent interface control. Optimized for high liquid rates, heavy emulsions, and variable flow conditions.

Vapor Recovery Towers (VRTs)

Vapor recovery towers (VRTs) are low-pressure towers used ahead of atmospheric storage tanks to remove flash gas and reduce VOC/methane emissions. Commonly paired with VRUs in oil & gas, LNG, refineries, chemical facilities, and renewable energy applications.

Slug Catchers

Vessel-type and pipe-type, slug catchers are built for high-volume surges in multiphase pipelines. Protects downstream separators, compressors, and process equipment.

Free-Water Knockouts (FWKO)

Free water knockouts are bulk free-water removal vessels used to reduce water content prior to heater treaters, storage, or produced water treatment systems.

Induced Gas Flotation (IGF) Vessels

Induced gas flotation (IGF) vessels are de-oiling units for produced water and industrial wastewater. Uses fine gas bubbles and flotation to remove suspended oil droplets and solids.
