API Tanks
Purpose Built Storage Tanks for Oilfield Fluid Management
We manufacture API 12F and API 650 compliant storage tanks designed to support production fluids, crude oil storage, and water management across active oilfield operations. These shop built carbon steel tanks are utilized throughout the production cycle for gravity separation, fluid conditioning, and bulk storage.
Our fabrication capabilities include gunbarrel tanks for oil and water separation, produced water and brine storage tanks, crude oil and condensate storage vessels, and vertical tanks configured for efficient pad layouts and standard production batteries. Each tank is equipped with industry standard nozzles, ladders, walkways, vents, coating systems, and integrated safety features.
Built for long-term service in demanding field conditions, every tank is manufactured using controlled welding procedures, high quality materials, and disciplined quality inspection. In-house blasting, coating, testing, and finishing ensure complete storage solutions aligned with operator specifications and regulatory requirements.

OUR API TANK OFFERINGS
Gunbarrel Tanks
Gunbarrel tanks provide effective gravity-based separation of oil, water, and solids within production batteries. These tanks improve fluid quality prior to oil storage or produced water transfer by reducing emulsions and residual contaminants.
Salt-Water Disposal (SWD) and Water Tanks
API 12F and API 650 based salt-water disposal tanks for upstream and midstream oil and gas operations. Water tanks are used to store produced water, brine, and disposal fluids. They support SWD systems, water recycling programs, and day-to-day production activities requiring reliable and corrosion resistant water storage. Built for high salinity, sour water and corrosive conditions with internal linings, structural manways, walkways, venting, truck loading points and integration with separation equipment and disposal systems.
Oil Storage Tanks
Oil storage tanks hold stabilized crude oil, condensate, and production liquids at atmospheric pressure. Built to API standards, these tanks serve as primary containment for well-pad operations, central facilities, and tank battery configurations.
